Jackson is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the HKS offices of Admissions, Student Financial Services, Student Services, the Registrar, the Office of Career Advancement, and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and oversees the administration of the school’s degree programs.  She helps guide the creation and implementation of a portfolio of programs and services to engage students in curricular and co-curricular learning experiences and support students’ personal, academic, and professional development. Jackson brings a wealth of experience in higher education, communications, public and community relations, and senior level management.  She served with great distinction for eight years as the HKS associate dean for communications and public affairs, directing its communications, marketing, media relations, publications, and digital efforts. Jackson joined HKS from Citizens Bank of Massachusetts, where she served as senior vice president and director of public affairs. She has also served in senior management roles at Stanford University, University of Maryland, Waldinger/Birch Inc., and the American Political Network.
