John Haigh joined HKS as executive dean in 2005 and was appointed codirector of the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government in 2011. Haigh is a member of the dean’s office, focusing on developing the mission and strategic direction for the School and implementing the strategy. He also manages and oversees the operations of the School. As an adjunct lecturer, he teaches a seminar in business and government to second-year MPP students. At Mercer Management Consulting, where he was a partner and consultant for 13 years, he focused on strategy issues in multiple industries including telecommunications, transportation, energy, and the environment. At AT&T, he initially focused on strategy and business development issues and was later promoted to president of AT&Ts international ventures. He then led AT&T Wireless’s emerging initiatives efforts developing new wireless services. Haigh holds a BA from Grinnell College, where he was Phi Beta Kappa and the Presidents Medalist, and an MPP from HKS. VIEW FULL BIO
