Co-founder, Love Grain
Caroline Mauldin is president and co-founder of Love Grain, a gluten-free food company committed to improving the lives of families and small holder farmers. She has seven years’ experience in foreign policy, social enterprise, and communications. A 2013-2014 Zuckerman Fellow with the Center for Public Leadership, she is pursuing a joint MBA-MPA at MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School. Mauldin has been an advisor and speechwriter at the U.S. Department of State, supporting the Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Human Rights, and Democracy. She led the US government’s launch of the Open Government Partnership, later serving as acting director of its secretariat. She worked for global microfinance leader Accion and was on the founding team of its affiliated think tank, the Center for Financial Inclusion. She holds a degree with honors in international relations from Tufts University and is a fellow with the Truman National Security Project.
